2,201 cases were dropped off around 8:30 am Thursday morning and by lunch time with the help of the GREAT Coke Guys who helped and the WONDERFUL parent volunteers, we had them unloaded, re boxed and ready for pick up.
By the end of the evening almost all the drinks had been loaded into parent's cars and orders had been filled. Thanks again to all the hardworking volunteers and staff who helped us get all these soft drinks unloaded, re boxed and loaded into parents cars and on their way home! What an AWESOME group of volunteers we have at SEE!!!

I have a question about the money raised from the coke sales. How is this money going to benefit our children at SEE? What are the plans on how the money is going to be used? With that many sales alot of money was raised.
ReplyDeleteMs. Oberhausen, 20% of all money rasied at any fundraiser goes toward our goal project of purchasing new technology for SEE. That goal was voted on at the August PTO Meeting. Other money raised is used for expenses and projects as they arise. For example, this month playgroud equiptment needed repairs and PTO covered that cost. All money spent over $300 must be approved at a general PTO meeting. If you look at the top of the page, you will see a tab that says "PTO Minutes" by clicking on that you can view all the minutes from previous meetings including last night.
